Check out the workouts for this week! We've got 2 longer swim workouts, so settle into a good pace and crank it out! You might recognize some of the gym sets from past weeks, I want you to get good at a few standard movements and then as the Summer goes on we will play around with the rep #s and weight to challenge you.
