Week 2 (6-2-2019)

Gym Workouts

We're doing 2 gym workouts this week, giving legs a rest. We will hit those again hard next week so for now enjoy the break from legs.

Swim Workouts

We're picking up the distance a little bit this week, but only doing 2 swims this week. Hit em hard!
