In this series, I will be posting workouts once per week that are able to be done without a coach at your own pool + gym. Feel free to do alone or with teammates! This is the first week, so just feel everything out. The gym workouts have links in them to bodybuilding.com pages for each exercise. I suggest clicking them and watching the short clip of the exercise so that you can learn to do it properly! Feel free to make changes to anything that you don't feel comfortable with.
We will do 2-3 swim workouts and 1-2 gym workouts per week. This week I'm writing us 3 swims and 1 gym workout.
